All entries for the Rapidplay Championship are now in - I think !! Just to remind everybody - it is being held on Sunday 22nd October, with a start time of 10:45. It should finish by about 17:00. There will be a break for lunch at around 12:30.
It will be a 9 round Swiss competition with a time control of 15 minutes plus 5 second increments. In the event of a tie at the end of the competition, there will be an Armageddon game, with White having 6 minutes plus 3 second increments and Black having 5 minutes plus 3 second increments. However, White must win, while Black only needs to draw.
