Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Division 2 Title Hopes Still Alive
The 'B' team whitewashed a massively outgraded Holmes Chapel Rooks team last night. We have now moved up into 3rd place in the Division 2 table, just 2 points behind the joint leaders, Crewe 'B' and Cheddleton 'B'. We still have to play both of these teams later in the season so our fate is in our own hands. Click here for last night's match score card.
