Petru, Kasian and Max all played for the EU team in Sunday's match against the UK. Petru lost, from what should have been a drawn position, and Kasian and Max both won. However, their wins weren't enough as the UK won the match by 5-4.
Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club Home Page. We are based at the Gables Pub, 450 Trentham Road, Blurton, ST3 3DS. Although we are no longer based in Fenton we have retained the name. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to Grandmaster. We meet on Monday evenings from 7:30 until 10:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate younger children. Older children (12+) MUST be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
