I recently sent a txt message to everybody asking for a volunteer (or volunteers) to run this years Individual Club Championship. To date, I have had no responses to this request. Unless somebody comes forward there will be no option except to not run it this year. Summer is now upon us and, if it is going to be run, it needs to start NOW. The Rapidplay Championship is not so urgent as we don't normally run this until a few weeks before the Club AGM in September. One option for the Rapidplay Championship would be to make it an all day event and run it on a Sunday - assuming the Tollgate can accommodate us.
