Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 23:00. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Cup Draws
The draw for the 2016/2017 Cup competitions has now been made. We make our debut in the Open Cup with a home match against Cheddleton. We have a bye in the Preliminary Round of the Major and will then play Newcastle at home in the Semi-Final. Finally, we are away to Newcastle in the Preliminary Round of the Perry Trophy. Should we negotiate that hurdle we will be at home against Cheddleton in the Semi-Final. The full draw for all of the Cups can be viewed here.
