'D' Team Claim The Bragging Rights
The 'D' team came out on top in last night's Division 5 match, beating the 'C' team by 2.5 - 1.5. With boards 1, 2 and 4 all being drawn it was left to Steven Walley to bring home the bacon for the 'D' team with a win against Young Ernie Wilkinson on board 3. This win propels the 'D' team into 2nd place in the table, 3 points behind Meir 'D' but with 2 matches in hand. 2 matches next week, both against Cheddleton teams will determine whether they have a chance of the title.
