Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Fenton Flying The Flag At Torquay
No - I don't mean one of the little flags that you stick in the top of a sandcastle !! Alex Richardson and myself will both be playing in the 100th British Championships at Torquay at the end of July/start of August. Alex will be playing against the big boys in the Championship proper while I will be facing less auspicious opposition in the U130 Senior Championship.
