Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Frodsham Congress
Stuart and Derek were both flying the flag for Fenton at the Frodsham Congress this weekend. Unfortunately it turned out to be the white flag as they both emulated their performances at the Shropshire Congress !! Needless to say they weren't required to stay for the prize giving. On this occasion I have no photos of the pair of them in action (or should that be in inaction ?) which probably comes as a relief to everybody.
