Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Change Of Date/Venue For NMCC Match
Because of the uncertainty surrounding the future of the Tramways Community Club I arranged for a change in the date and venue of our National Minor Club Championship match against Forest Of Dean. I did this before we knew that we would be able to move to the Longton Working Men's Club. The new date is Sunday 24th February and it is now an away match. I will advise you of the venue nearer the date.
