Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Danny Griffiths Wins Newport Championship
Many congratulations to Danny Griffiths on winning the Club Championship at his other club, Newport. He won with a score of 5/6, beating Tony Holdford in round 5 in the process. His only loss was against a player graded 204 - 63 points higher than his own grade.
