'D' Team Get Good Win At Meir
The 'D' team's recent run of good form continues. They have now won 3 and drawn 1 of their last 4 matches and are assured of 4th place in Division 4. In fact, if they win their final match and other results go their way, they could still finish in joint 3rd position. Last night they gained an excellent 3-1 win at Meir 'B'. Steve and Neal were both considerably outgraded on the top 2 boards but each came away with a draw. Good wins on boards 3 and 4 for Pete and Roy gave us the points.
