Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 23:00. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Fenton Fall Foul Of The Frost
Ok - So any excuse for a bit of alliteration but this week's home match between Fenton 'A' and Cheddleton 'B' has been postponed due to the adverse weather conditions. Apparently it's still pretty bad up in Leek and the Moorlands. As far as I'm aware the 'C' team fixture at Meir is still going ahead.
