Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. 'B' Team Go Top Of Division 3
The 'B' Team leap frogged above Newcastle 'C' and Cheddleton 'D' to the top of Division 3 following a very close match at Kidsgrove on Wednesday evening. Draws on Boards 1, 3 and 4 for Rob, Geoff and Derrick, together with a win for Steve on Board 2, gave Fenton the points in a 2.5 - 1.5 victory.
