Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Fenton Win At Stafford
Fenton chalked up their first win in the South Cheshire Shield last night, beating Stafford by 2.5 - 1.5, despite being out-rated by a total of 484 points. A draw for Chris H. on board 1, plus wins on boards 2 and 3 by Mycle and Dylan, against higher rated opponents, sealed the win.
