The 'C' team returned to form last night with a 3-1 win against Kidsgrove, propelling them to joint top of Division 4. However, the other 2 teams level with them, Crewe 'D' and Cheddleton 'E', both have matches in hand so we are unlikely to occupy our lofty position for too long.
Julian had a disappointing game on board 1 against a lower graded opponent but Grenville, Derek and Ernie all had good wins to bring home the bacon.
