Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Tollgate Hotel, Ripon Road, Blurton, Stoke-On-Trent, ST3 3BS. We meet on Monday evenings from 8:00 onwards. Whether you are a beginner or an expert you can be sure of a warm welcome. We provide the opportunity to play either competitive chess or just social games. We are affiliated to the North Staffs And District Chess Association, the Staffordshire Chess Association and the English Chess Federation.
Ray's current circumstances make it difficult for him the carry on as 'A' team and Open Cup team Captain so I shall be taking over for the remainder of the season.
