Fenton came up against a strong Newcastle team in last night's Withnall Trophy Semi-Final and were beaten 2.5 - 1.5. A good win for Grenville on board 4, and a draw for Robert on board 3, was all we could muster as Newcastle proved too strong on the top boards. Click here for the match score card.
Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 23:00. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children.
