Last night's match at the club between NSDCA players from the UK and EU resulted in a 5 - 1 win for the EU. Kasian and Max, playing for the EU, both won their matches on boards 3 and 4 respectively. Wojtek Sochacki and Phillipe Adiaba, our two French visitors to the club last week, also played for the EU team. Wojtek won his game on board 1, while Phillipe was the sole EU loser on board 6. It a was a highly entertaining evening and something we can hopefully repeat next year as an end of season match. Please click here to view the match score card.
Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children.
