The 'A' team have gone 2 points clear at the top of Division 3 following a 2.5 - 1.5 win against Meir 'A' last night. Wins for Glyn on board 1 and Mike on board 4 got us off to a good start. Unfortunately I blundered a pawn away in my game on board 3 and paid the price. It was then left to Kasian to draw his game on board 2 to give us the points. Click here for the match score card.
Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children.
