Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Community Cafe within the old Fenton Town Hall in Albert Square, Fenton, ST4 3AF. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to Grandmaster. We meet on Monday evenings from 7:00 until 10:00. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. 'A' Team No Show
An unfortunate oversight on my part meant that the 'A' team failed to appear for their match at Newcastle 'C' last night. I had confused the dates with a 'B' team match against Newcastle next week and, consequently, didn't organise a team. No excuses - it was my fault. We have conceded the match - it will not be re-scheduled.
