Fenton Bow Out Of Perry Trophy
Fenton, under the inspired leadership of Ernie 'Endgame' Wilkinson, the Louis Van Gaal of Staffordshire chess, went out of the Perry (U110) Trophy last night with a 2.5 - 1.5 loss at Crewe. Robert West provided the bright spot of the evening once again with a good win on board 2. We are currently in discussions with Pep Guardiola to take over next season.
