Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 23:00. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. 'D' Team Continue To Top Division 5
The 'D' team did what the 'A' and 'C' teams failed to do on Monday. They won their match at Crewe 'D' to stay joint top of Division 5, but with 2 matches in hand of their nearest challengers, Cheddleton 'H'. Mike won on board 1 against the same opponent that beat him on Monday, Ernie followed up with a win on board 3 and Derek's draw on board 2 gave us the points. Click here for the match score card.
