I am playing in the U140 Section at the British Championships starting on Monday of next week. Rob Taylor is playing in the U150 Section of the Weekend Tournament on the 31st July/1st/2nd August. Some of us are going as spectators on the afternoon of Thursday 6th August to watch the penultimate round in the Championship proper. If anybody wishes to join us then please let me know.
Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 23:00. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children.
