Fenton Concede Defeat In Title Race

Fenton 'D' have been unable to raise a team for tonight's match at Meir 'J'. This match has already been postponed once at our request and we can't request a further postponement at such short notice. We have, therefore, conceded the match and our faint hope of catching Meir 'D' at the top of the table. The points also mean that Cheddleton 'J' have leaprogged our 'C' team in the table and they are now rooted at the bottom. This is the first time in our history, as far as I am aware, that we have ever defaulted a match.
