Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 23:00. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Fenton 'B' Increase Lead In Division 4
Fenton 'B' won a crucial match against 3rd placed Cheddleton 'G' last night to open up a 4 point lead at the top of Division 4. A win from Mike on board 3 and draws on boards 1, 2 and 4 from Rob, Geoff and Derek gave Fenton the points. You can click here to view the full score card. All 3 of the top teams have now played 12 games and Fenton 'B' lead Cheddleton 'F' by 4 points, with Cheddleton 'G' in 3rd place and 5 points behind us.
