Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Daylight At Top Of Division 4
Fenton 'B' opened up a 2 point lead over Cheddleton 'F' in Division 4 with a 2.5 - 1.5 win at Holmes Chapel Tiny Pawns last night. However, we still have a game in hand of Cheddleton 'F'. We are 3 points clear of 3rd placed Cheddleton 'G' but have played one game more than them. Wins on boards 3 and 4 for Mike and Derek, plus a draw for Geoff on board 2, were enough to give Fenton the points. You can click here to view the full match score card.
