Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. 'D' team Held By Alsager
Fenton 'D' were held to a 2-2 draw by bottom of the table Alsager 'D' last night. Excellent wins for Neal and Roy on Boards 1 and 3 respectively made up the Fenton score. Joe and Keith on Boards 2 and 4 came up against stronger opposition and, despite holding out for most of the evening, finally succumbed.
