The 'C' team were only able to raise three players for last night's Division 5 top of the table match at Cheddleton 'G'. Despite good draws for Stuart and Ernie on boards 1 and 2 we went down by 3-1 and have dropped to 3rd in the table. However, we are still only a point behind so there is everything to play for and Wednesday's match at Crewe 'E' could see us go top again. Click here for the match score card.
Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children.
