Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Getting Very Tight At Top Of Division 5
The 'D' team drew 2 - 2 with league leaders Cheddleton 'G' last night. Cheddleton have now completed all of their fixtures and remain top of the Division. We are still in 3rd place, 3 points behind and with 3 matches in hand. The crunch match will be against second placed Meir 'D', who are a point in front of us but have played one match more.
