Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. 'B' Team Miss Chance To Pull Away At Top Of Division 4
The 'B' team missed a golden opportunity to pull 2 points clear at the top of Division 4 last night. A surprise 2.5 - 1.5 loss against second from bottom Meir 'B' may cost us dear when the dust settles at the end of the season. There were draws for Derek, Robert and Ernie but I'm afraid that it was me who let the team down with a loss on board 1. Click here for the match score card.
