Welcome to the Fenton Chess Club website. We are based at the Longton Snooker & Pool Club, 37 Normacot Road, Longton, ST3 1PL. We welcome players of all abilities, from beginner to experienced player. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 until 22:30. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate young children. Fenton Through To Semi-Final Of Withall Trophy
It was a second win of the week for the club last night. A 3.5 - 1.5 win against Alsager in the Withnall Trophy sent us through to the SemiFinal where will meet Walsall Kipping. Another good win by Mike on board 1 and a 14th win of the season by Kas on board 4, together with draws from Derek, Ernie and Robert, saw us safely through.
