Bully Boys Make Short Work Of Cheddleton 'H'

The Bully Boys increased their lead at the top of Division 4 to 6 points with a 3.5 - 0.5 drubbing of Cheddleton 'H' last night. Rob's match was the only blot on the landscape as his draw on board 1 enabled Cheddleton to avoid the whitewash. Ernie played another pitiful endgame against the same player he struggled against a couple of weeks ago when up by too many pieces to count. This time he had Queen, Rook, Bishop and a handful of Pawns against a lone King and still managed to miss a mate on the move !!
